HRPM is the HR system we build at MICS. It started from one belief: the software should record the truth and show it clearly to both the staff and the firm — and the firm sets the rules, not the software. Every rule — office timing, late mark, overtime paid or not, leave, approvals — is a setting the firm can change.
Built against what people complain about
We read reviews of popular HR apps before building each screen. The usual complaints, and what HRPM does instead:

What HRPM does today
- Attendance: HRPM Android app punch with location check, In → Out → In order kept, late and early marks, overtime approval
- Shifts: work schedules per team and a weekly shift roster with rotation
- Leave and holidays: leave with approval chains, branch-wise holiday lists
- Employees: onboarding, documents by country (India, Nepal and more), DigiLocker KYC as an option, family details for ESIC, HR letters
- Security: two-factor sign-in, one person many firms, roles per firm
- Payroll: pay heads, salary structures and hourly pay are built; the monthly salary run is being rolled out
Who uses it
Hospitals, schools, distributors, security agencies, NBFC and microfinance branches, and offices with field staff — mainly in Bihar, UP and nearby states, with Nepal next.
