Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time (may affect service delivery)
Right to approach Data Protection Board of India — if grievance is not resolved in 30 days

DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

MICS (MAGADH IT AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED) acts as a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect and process personal data only with your free, specific, informed, and unconditional consent (or on a legitimate use basis as defined in the Act). We do not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes without explicit consent. Our data retention follows the principle of storage limitation — data is deleted once the purpose is fulfilled.

If you access our services from the European Union, United Kingdom, Singapore, or UAE, please note: (1) EU/UK Clients — We process data in accordance with GDPR principles including lawful basis, data minimisation, and your rights to access, erasure, and portability. (2) Singapore Clients — We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012. (3) UAE Clients — We comply with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021.
